Online Casinos in Oklahoma

Sweepstakes casinos currently operate legally in Oklahoma — major platforms including Stake US, Pulsz, and Chumba Casino accept Oklahoma registrations. However, Oklahoma residents should be aware of pending legislation. SB 1589 (2026) proposes classifying sweepstakes casino operation and promotion as a Class C2 felony, with fines between $500 and $2,000 and potential imprisonment.

As of this writing, SB 1589 has not been signed into law. The bill represents one of the more aggressive proposed state-level sweepstakes bans in the country. Monitor the Oklahoma Legislature website (oklegislature.gov) for the current status before signing up for any new sweepstakes platforms. If the bill passes, expect major operators to geo-block Oklahoma registrations promptly.
